We offer these documents as a courtesy to our customers. Once payment is received we will email the download location (normally between 7am and 6pm Central Time Monday thru Friday, orders will be processed on Saturday as time permits). The link will remain active for 48 hours. These fees are to help offset expences incured in maintaining this portion of the website. All documents are for the private use of the original purchaser, commercial reproduction or distribution is not allowed. All rights are reserved.

Authorization for price changes will be obtained before making any charges to Credit Cards or shipping order.
Manual Downloads, CD's. Printing, and Shipping are non refundable. (There is no way to determine what use you have made of the document.) We will make every effort to assure you obtain the proper document.

Next Day orders must be received by 1PM to ship Same day.
Governmental agencys are extended a Net 30 Payment option.
